If you are a sales representative, you should check out this 8-question quiz "Getting past the gatekeeper" from a Sales Training company in the UK. It is a pretty good quiz and you get a score at the end. The only improvement I would suggest is a feature that tells you which question you missed and what the best answer should have been.
