  • Interviewed on blogs, radio, plus in newsletters, newspapers, and magazines
  • Led many start-up efforts for a computer training company, including generating revenue, marketing, creating a catalog of courses, developing 3 courses, and teaching 28 classes
  • Developed 35 training courses, including a few self-paced training options
  • Certified  meeting facilitator  and  team trainer
  • Initiated change, system, and process improvements efforts to save a defense company over one million dollars
  • Implemented process improvements to save a semi-conductor company $334,500 annually
  • Developed 3 systems and related training for a telecommunications client for processing price quotes, sales orders, and billing using Access and Excel in a third of their expected labor time
  • Implemented various Training and Education tracking systems for 3 companies
  • Upgraded a service client's inventory, labor, and accounting systems, then documented step-by-step procedures for employee use
