Customer service, is it a serious subject?
Customer service is a serious subject. However, we can sometimes have a little fun
with how we introduce the subject. Below
is 1 of 4 skits from a customer service presentation I did some time back. 2 of the 4 skits were serious and the other 2
were a little funny. This is one is about 2 minutes long and is the funniest one featuring Charlene the receptionist,
an exaggerated personality who loves her customers and goes the extra mile to
