GTD - Activity Versus Accomplishment

TAPP Time Management  Book

GTD is the acronym time managers and tweeters currently use for Getting Things Done from the book by David Allen.  Yes, we can get things done by checking them off our To Do List, but are we doing the right things?

In my TAPP Steps in Time Management book, I promote doing the right things by assigning priorites and working on the highest (most important) priorities first during your peak performance time.  Below is another productivity pro talking about To Do Lists activities verses true accomplishment.

For implementing GTD you can use this this application:

http://www.Gtdagenda.com

You can use it to manage your goals, projects and tasks, set next actions and contexts, use checklists, and a calendar.
Syncs with Evernote and Google Calendar, and also comes with mobile version, and Android and iPhone apps.
